So you want to get fit and lose weight but an hour of training sounds terrifying?! Don't worry!! We have lots of options for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels! There is a perfect fit for YOU! All group training classes are offered several days and times throughout the week and training time typically ranges from 30 minutes to an hour. You can customize your schedule and workouts to your specific needs. With our new month-to-month membership options you can now schedule small group training and any of the additional classes within the same convenient package. TRX suspension training is a bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This training can be included in Small Group Strength Training or a complete class designated to just this.
This class is currently on the schedule for Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:35pm. Space is limited. This class is a high intensity cardio workout that is easy on your joints! You will burn massive calories while bouncing like a kid!
High intensity interval training is currently on the schedule for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00pm. You will perform short burst of high intensity exercise alternating with lower intensity exercises to get a quick but efficient workout. This class will allow you to get a full cardio workout in 30 minutes.
